Our brief was one of creating a totally generic retail space capable of allowing Tenants to insert and extract their own particular brand merchandising as quickly as possible in order to minimise the Tenant's expenditure and programme therefore maximising the Landlord's revenue. The upper level two storey high unit posed challenges that resulted in the decision of installing a structural glazed shopfront as a permanent item.
